· Student name, age, year of education and current school.

· Student special educational needs.

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

· You wish to contact us to discuss your student’s tuition needs. 

· You wish to detail your student’s tuition in order to have lessons tailored to their educational needs.

· You wish to provide us payment under the terms of our contract of services.

· You wish to create a Tapestryjournal.com account.

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

· Data collected from Childcare.co.uk if you send your (or your student’s) personal information to us through their website. 

· Data collected from Tutorhunt.co.uk if you send your (or your student’s) personal information to us through their website.  

We require the information set out above to be able to provide our services to you, and for our legitimate interests. We also gain consent when signing up. Only following your consent, do we collect and process any student data. We only use student data to plan lessons and tailored content for a student’s specific educational needs or to create a Tapestryjournal.com account. We only use your contact information to liaise with you regarding your tuition services. We only use your financial information to process payments for tuition services. 

We may share this information with Tapestryjournal.com in order to create an account but only at your consent. This is not a precondition for entering into our services. Although we are careful who we link to, this site is outside of our control and they could contain unsuitable content and may have privacy policies which differ from us. Please review their policies if you are concerned. You may contract tuition services from us through Childcare.co.uk or Tutorhunt.co.uk. The aforementioned statement regarding Tapestryjournal.com also applies to Childcare.co.uk and Tutorhunt.co.uk. 

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

Your information is securely stored. Once you withdraw your consent to store your personal information, we will delete or de-identify the personal data we have stored about you within 30 days.
